My New Unboxing knife | MTech USA Ballistic Knife Unboxing and Review

So I recently just gained interest in unboxing videos that thought "hmm I could do that!" I mean it kinda goes hand in had with product reviews and I already do the same with my App Run-Through and Reviews. So I decided why not start with a Unboxing Knife! On top of that I was tired of using my 5-Piece Key-Sized Multi-Tool by Nite Ize that I purchased from lowes a year or so ago.

Inside the box is just the MTech USA Ballistic Knife. Litterally...thats it. Who needs an instruction manual on how to use a knife?

Hands on review

The knife has a nice green skull design on the handle and has an ergonomic shape that feels nice in the hand. this blade also features a quick flip lever that when pull the blade flips out fairly quickly. The blade is black and silver color combo and has MTech branding on the blade. The blade has teeth on the blade closer to the handle for those tough cut jobs. There is also a box braided flat cord on the end of the knife which adds a nice touch to the appeal. The box braided cord also has a small metal skull on it that matches the skull design on the handle which is pretty cool I must admit. This knife weighs about 169 g / 6 oz which to me feels like a medium weight for knives of its size but I'm not sure as this is my first knife.

Final Thoughts

For my first knife I got to say I think I made a great decision as far as a starter knife. Not only was it cheap but it also sports my favorite color, an ergonomic design that feels great in the hands, a not so light/heavy build and a blade that is sure to suit my needs for unboxing and I'm sure any other cut jobs I need to get done. Overall I like this knife and after "playing" around with it for a bit it has certainly grown on me a little. My rating for this product is a 4.5 out of 5☆ mainly because my blade isn't that sharp and it would have been nice if I would have at least gotten instruction on how to sharpen the knife and also quality care notes or something. I know that you can find this stuff online but for those new to knives this I'm sure would make their experience a little better.
